- Up to and including 4 pages - £165 + VAT
- Up to and including 8 pages - £295 + VAT

Ad-hoc phone advice or general casework (for all other matters) - £59ph + VAT 

Half-day Court Assistance (in person or remote) - £295 + VAT

Full-day Court Assistance (in person or remote) - £415 + VAT

Two-day Court Assistance (in person or remote) - £600 + VAT

Travel time - £10ph + VAT + £0.45 per mile

Typical Family Solicitor/Barrister Fees

Hourly rate - £180 to £480 + VAT

Total cost for CAO - circa £15,000 to £30,000

Half-day Court Representation - £1000 to £3000

Full-day Court Representation - £2500 to £5000
