Position Statements (including remote interview, evidence gathering, full statement, email consultation for approval)

- Up to and including 4 pages - £185
- Up to and including 8 pages - £305

Consent Orders   £299 set fee

Ad-hoc phone advice or general casework (for all other matters) - £85 per hour

Half-day Court Assistance (in person) - £295 

(remote) - hourly rate + one additional hour (30 minutes before and after hearing)

Full-day Court Assistance (in person) - £415 

(remote) - hourly rate + one additional hour (30 minutes before and after hearing)

Two-day Court Assistance (in person) - £600 

(remote) - + one additional hour (30 minutes before and after hearing)

Travel expenses - £10ph + £0.45 per mile and any additional travel expenses such as car parking fees. This is chargeable for court attendance further afield and will be agreed upon prior to any attendance.

Typical Family Solicitor/Barrister Fees

Hourly rate - £300 to £750 + VAT

Total cost for CAO - circa £20,000 to £50,000

Half-day Court Representation - £1000 to £3000

Full-day Court Representation - £2500 to £10000
